Get your free quotes
Tell us where and when you need a car using the Get quotes form. Choose your pickup location, dates and times, and whether you want to return the car somewhere else. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Confirm with your booking specialist
Your booking specialist goes through the details with you: the car, the total price, the deposit, the daily kilometre limit, the insurance cover and any extras such as an additional driver or hotel delivery. When you're happy, you accept the quote and receive your booking confirmation with your reservation reference on WhatsApp.
Pick up your car and pay at the desk
Bring your documents and payment card (see Rental requirements). Pay the rental company at pickup by credit or debit card. Before you drive off, walk around the car with the branch staff, note any existing damage, the fuel level and the mileage, and take a few photos.
Drive with 24/7 support
We're on WhatsApp around the clock in Turkish, English and Arabic. Need to extend your rental, report a delay or get help after an accident or breakdown? Just message us, and we'll take care of it with the branch.
Return the car
Bring the car back with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. The rental company releases your deposit after the return, and we follow up for you until it reaches your account.
