Good service good customer service clean car good quality nice staff very satisfied with my experience

I rented a small car from them, a Renault Clio. It was the best price at the time, and their service was really great, clear and easy. As soon as I arrived at Istanbul Airport, they contacted me directly, and the communication was in Arabic with a young woman named Batoul.

They're with you from beginning to end, checking in on you and telling you "we're here for you" whatever happens. Even if you forget them, they don't forget you; they keep checking how you're doing and whether you need anything. They refunded the deposit one day right after I returned the car, and it reached my account / I thank Ranim for her efforts.

Wonderful service, a new car and fast turnaround.

An excellent experience with the company. They treat you with respect and courtesy, and they get things done fast. A simple thank you isn't enough for them.

Peace be upon you. One of the best experiences we've had with travel and transport companies, with great manners and ethics, and communication from morning to evening on every detail. Special thanks to sister Batoul for her very refined manner.

They communicated quickly, were honest with me about the time and place of the car pickup and return, and refunded the deposit in full.

One of the most important things for a successful trip is peace of mind and good treatment, and that's what I found with Kezdura. They contacted us every day to check on us and see if we needed any help. All respect to you: you made our trip more enjoyable and happy and added peace of mind and reassurance to it. Thank you all.

Refined, excellent service, credibility, punctuality and real care for the customer. Thank you.

I recommend everyone deal with them: professional, very competitive prices and new car models. I'd also like to thank sister Batoul for her service and constant help; she was with us all the way for any question or anything we needed and made many things easier for us. God bless her, and she…

The best company I've dealt with.

A great experience with Kezdura car rental; all the procedures were easy and fast from pickup to return. I thank Ms. Ranim for her kind manner, her constant follow-up and quick responses,…

I had a good experience with them. I rented this car for 36 days; their car is good and they handled the delivery and return very well. They have Ms. Batoul, who speaks Arabic and made many things easier for us. Thanks to all of them.

Brother Abdullah: honestly, trustworthy and respectful. He follows up with you the whole time and hands you a clean car. He swapped our car for a better one at the same price, and he kept in touch with the rental office even before dawn…

Thank you, brother Abdullah and sister Batoul. The Kezdura car rental experience was very, very nice. God bless you, you did everything for us. They're with you step by step, and whatever happens you'll find them right there, in touch with you all along. Whatever you need, go to them. Honestly, what I'm saying doesn't do them justice. Ahmed Al-Anazi

An outstanding company with quick responses, especially sister Batoul.

This place is really great.

Honestly, the best tourism services office. Especially sister Batoul Mohammed: very, very refined treatment, great respect and an excellent manner, God bless her. She stays in touch with you even after the booking and when you arrive, to make sure everything is fine. That's rare to find in tourism service offices. Thank you, sister Batoul Mohammed. I recommend the office and sister Batoul Mohammed to you. God give you strength.

I strongly recommend them: professional work and punctuality and real care and appreciation for the customer, especially Arabs. Thank you very much.

The Syrian brother Ahmad Baalbaki is very refined in how he deals with you and very helpful.

I booked a car through them. Excellent service and follow-up, mashallah, until I returned the car. Thanks to Ms. Ranim 🙏🏻🙏🏻…

Very excellent.

Translated from Persian

Honestly, it was my first time renting a car through an intermediary office, but I'll always rely on them. The people working there have wonderful manners, especially sister Ranim: wonderful manners, the height of courtesy and service, a hundred times better than the staff at the international companies, who are awful. This office is better in how it treats you. Payment on pickup, refined 24-hour service the whole time until you return the car, and advice given professionally.

Thank you, Kezdura. Thank you, sister Ranim, for your very precise and wonderful follow-up and great care. Thanks also to Mr. Abdullah, who never fell short and was there for me the whole trip for anything I needed. I didn't just rent a car: on top of the rental, they were with me at every step and for every question. Honestly, even the price was cheaper than the offices themselves. Thank you from the heart.

Excellent, with prices everyone can afford, helpful and caring toward the customer. Special mention to Ms. Ranim.

Excellent service from pickup to return.

A very, very, very special company, with excellent service, attention to detail and follow-up. I felt very comfortable with you.

The service is really wonderful, they're excellent in how they deal with you, prices everyone can afford, new and clean cars. I recommend dealing with them.

Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you. I was honored to deal with this company, represented by brother Bilal and his colleague whose name I don't remember. Refined service and professionalism at work…

God give you health and strength.

Very refined, and the office's service is outstanding, especially brother Mohammed and brother Ahmad. This is my third time dealing with them; their prices are competitive and the cars are good, and I've recommended the office to many people I know. Thank you again.

Respectful people, honest dealings and a clean car, with delivery to and pickup from the hotel. The delivery agent, Mohammed, explains everything to you. God willing, see you soon.

The best experience was with them. Very refined service, and they only take what they're owed, not more like some companies. Thank you so much to them and for how they treat you.

It was my first experience and, honestly, very refined treatment and honesty in every sense of the word, and a modern, clean car. I strongly recommend dealing with them; their office really deserves the name Professional.

One of the best rental places in Istanbul. Refined treatment and transparency in how they deal with you.

Honestly, "thank you" isn't enough for them. I recommend dealing with them: they're honest, trustworthy and quick to respond to the customer, answering at any time, and Mr. Ahmad is the height of good manners and respect. Honestly, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Wonderful, especially the employee Ahmad, who was great. He booked me a car through a well-known company and everything was on time.

My experience was very excellent; they dealt with me fast and got things done brilliantly. I thank Mr. Ahmad, the height of good manners and service, and I recommend dealing with them: trustworthy and honest. ❤️❤️

From my experience I give them 100/100. All respect to you for the wonderful service.

Kind treatment and excellent service. Many thanks.

It was a car rental service. Good prices. A 2024 model car with excellent specs…

The company is polite on WhatsApp, but when you return the car they inspect it with a microscope and also charge you for a car wash. When the car was delivered at the airport, the employee was about a full hour late. I don't recommend dealing with them, and please beware of fake reviews: if a review is from a Local Guide you can rely on it; most of the reviews are fake, unfortunately.

Excellent service and excellent follow-up with customers.

Credibility, good treatment, respect and five-star service.

Very respectful and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad for his help.

Excellent, smooth service. They bring the car to your hotel and pick it up from there too. Brother Mohammed Mushallah is very refined.

I rented a car from them in Trabzon. The service was very excellent and the car clean. Special thanks to brother Ahmad Baalbaki, who answered all my questions and explained everything.

One of the best car rental companies in Istanbul. I wish them success and continued success and brilliance.

Good service, and people who treat you well and with class.

An excellent experience, top-notch service. Thank you.

An excellent company with credibility and easy procedures. I booked the car with them via WhatsApp and they treated me well. The guys Ahmad and Mohammed: I thank them for their good treatment.

My personal experience with them was excellent: on-time delivery and pickup at the hotel, easy procedures, a clean car and reasonable prices. With thanks to brother Ahmad, brother Bilal and Mohammed.

We tried you two years ago and the management was good, we don't deny that. When we came back to repeat the experience and agreed with you on a car and a price, the price was raised and we were taken advantage of, under the pretext that the car had been booked less than an hour after it was confirmed. As for the budget point made in your reply, it is incorrect and contrary to the truth. What gets judged is staying consistent, not the first experience.

It was a classy experience and I'll repeat it.

Thank you for the outstanding service. I thank Mr. Ahmad for staying in touch and caring throughout the trip; he made me feel safe and at ease. My regards to you all, and God grant you success.

Thanks to Mr. Bilal for his efforts, his help and his close follow-up with us, and his attention to the finest details. All the best wishes for the office's success🌺🙏…

I swear by God, very, very, very excellent service. They're helpful, and everything I asked for was done as fast as possible and at the best price.

A classy company with very refined service. I recommend it and wish you success.

A respectable company, helpful to the utmost, and you can reach them at any time; they're quick to answer. Their prices are nice and they deal with full honesty and trustworthiness. God willing, every time I come, I'll deal with you.

Very excellent service and unbeatable prices.

I'd like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to dear brother Ahmad for his kind treatment and high morals, which we felt at every stage of dealing with him. My experience with the company was outstanding and comfortable, and it came on the recommendation of three of my friends who had already dealt with this…

Honestly, a successful experience, from the quick car pickup to the easy booking, especially the reservations officer Bilal, who did everything for me. Respectful and well-mannered, he made the procedures easy for me.

Honestly, excellent service, reasonable prices and round-the-clock service, and most importantly, they're always on time....

A wonderful experience. I thank brother Ahmad Baalbaki for his responsiveness and for checking on us.

I rented a car from them and, mashallah, they gave me a fully loaded, comfortable car with economical specs. Their treatment is very refined. Thank you; God willing, I'll definitely come back and deal with you ♥️

The best car rental office in Istanbul, in the Esenyurt area. Refined service and respect, precise timing and clean cars. I thank them and recommend dealing with them.

One of the most honest and best companies we've dealt with. The staff are helpful and courteous, quick to answer any question and quick to complete the paperwork. Most importantly, it's a reliable company that explains all the details before you pick up the car. We received it on time and with the specs we requested. All thanks to Kezdura for their wonderful service.

A highly credible company: you'll find everything exactly as agreed. On top of that, the staff are helpful and care about the customer's comfort. Special mention to Mr. Bilal, God give him strength: he follows up with the customer step by step and cares about their comfort. A courteous, helpful man who stays in touch with you until late hours to make sure customers are comfortable.

After God, I'll fully rely on them next time. Refined service and fast excellent service.

This is my second experience with Professional and it was wonderful. A new car, a reasonable price and wonderful treatment. The treatment was excellent.

The best treatment, all respect and appreciation.

Very refined and lovely service. Easy pickup and return.

Very excellent and respectful people, and their treatment is very refined. Price-wise, they provided a new, clean car, a 2021 Kona. Professional is a name that stands apart from other companies, and I hope they keep it up and don't change over time like other companies. Wishing you success, and I highly recommend them; very helpful. I hope they go a little easier on prices so they can take over more of the market.

Creative and honest, and more than refined service.. A thousand thanks.

An excellent company and top-tier service. I recommend dealing with them.
