This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the kezdura.com website by Professional Travel Group Turizm Otomotiv Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Kezdura”). General information about how we process your personal data is in our KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser or on your device when you visit a website. Our website also uses pixels and tags that work in a similar way. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

• Third-party cookies: Placed by service providers such as Google, Microsoft and Meta.

Necessary cookies are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off.
How we ask for your choice
• Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland: you see a cookie banner on your first visit. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose “Accept all” or switch them on under “Choose cookies”. Until then, Google receives only measurements without cookies (for example, that a page was viewed), which cannot recognise you on a later visit.
• Visitors in other countries: analytics and advertising cookies are on from your first visit. You can switch them off at any time.
• Everyone: you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We work out your country from your connection, through our hosting provider Cloudflare, only to decide whether to ask.
4. Data processed through cookies
Cookies may process data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, the time and length of your visit, where you came to the website from, your interaction with ads, and cookie identifiers. We do not use cookies to collect your name, phone number or identity details.
5. Third parties and transfers outside Türkiye
Analytics and advertising cookies are provided by Google, Microsoft and Meta. Because these companies have servers outside Türkiye, data collected through these cookies may be transferred abroad. These transfers are made only for the purposes in this policy and with the necessary security measures. These providers’ own privacy policies also apply to how they process data.
6. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for the period set by the relevant provider or until you delete them. When that period ends, they are deleted automatically.
7. Managing your cookie choices
The easiest way to change your choice is “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, where you can switch analytics and advertising cookies on or off. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the website may not work as expected.

• Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
To turn off Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google’s official browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can manage your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta account settings.
