This policy explains in plain language how Kezdura uses your personal information when it arranges car rental bookings and support in Türkiye. It covers the kezdura.com website and our WhatsApp, phone and email channels. Kezdura is a brand of Professional Travel Group Turizm Otomotiv Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which is the data controller for your information. 1. Information we collect

• On the booking form: pickup and return dates and locations, your full name, a phone number so we can reach you on WhatsApp, and optionally your email address.

• During the booking: passport or ID card and driving licence information required by the rental supplier, shared in whichever way you prefer, flight details and ticket, additional driver details, and our correspondence with you.

• When you use the website: IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit. If you consent, data collected through analytics and advertising cookies.

We do not record phone calls. The website does not create user accounts.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare an offer, create your reservation and pass it to the rental supplier.

• To support you with pickup, flight delays, changes, cancellations, deposits and complaints.

• To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights in a dispute.

• To keep our website secure and working properly.

• If you consent: to analyse website use, measure our advertising and send you promotional messages.

3. Contact by WhatsApp

During your booking we mostly contact you through WhatsApp Business. Messages and information you share there are stored on WhatsApp’s infrastructure and in our customer records system. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to WhatsApp’s services. Please do not send documents or information that your booking does not need.

4. Who we share your information with

• The rental supplier: we share the details needed for your reservation with the independent car rental supplier providing it. They are sent by email or entered by our staff into the supplier’s online reservation system. The supplier processes them under its own responsibility as part of the rental agreement.

• Our service providers: customer relationship management (CRM) and cloud services, WhatsApp Business, email and hosting services, website infrastructure and security services, and analytics and advertising services from Google and Meta.

• Authorities: only where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Transfers outside Türkiye

Some of our service providers have servers outside Türkiye. Company employees may also access these systems from outside Türkiye as part of their duties. These transfers are made only for the purposes in this policy and with the necessary security measures. Details are in the KVKK Information Notice.

6. Promotional messages

We send WhatsApp or email messages about offers only if you give separate consent. Declining does not affect your booking. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to our message or writing to [email protected], and we will stop sending promotional messages.

Service messages about your booking (such as confirmations, changes and pickup details) are not promotional, and you will keep receiving them.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files saved in your browser when you visit a website. Our website also uses pixels and tags that work in a similar way.

We use analytics and advertising cookies in line with applicable law and, where required, on the basis of your consent. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of the website may then not work as expected.

8. Security

We limit access to your information to employees who handle bookings and support, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes it is processed for and for the periods required by law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn who it has been shared with, and withdraw your consent. The full list of rights and how to apply are in the KVKK Information Notice.

11. Children

Our services are for adults who meet the rental suppliers’ driver requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with its last updated date.
